Practice PR has worked for over 10 years with Ireland's only equine welfare charity, the Irish Horse Welfare Trust (IHWT), based in Woodenbridge, Co. Wicklow.

IHWT rescues neglected horses from across Ireland, rehabilitates them and finds new homes. The charity also runs an ex-racing horse retraining programme.

 

In these 10 years, the charity has grown in the number of members and fans (its Facebook page has over 6,000 fans and counting), as well as public awareness.

 

Many horses have been rescued and rehomed.
